How we use it
We use submitted information to receive, review and respond to a fabric development inquiry, discuss feasibility, prepare follow-up questions and coordinate an agreed next step.
Website Analytics
WONJEAN uses first-party website analytics to understand visits to public pages, time spent, referral sources, device type, site language, approximate region, and business interactions such as inquiry submissions, WhatsApp clicks and product datasheet downloads. This analytics system does not read the contents of forms, create cross-site advertising profiles or use device fingerprinting. IP addresses may be used for security, approximate location, and exclusion of internal company traffic. Detailed visit records are retained for up to 90 days and are available only to authenticated administrators. WONJEAN does not sell website analytics data.
Uploaded attachments
Images and documents are validated for type, file signature and size before storage. Inquiry attachments are private and are not published or indexed as catalogue content. Do not upload passwords, secrets or another party's confidential material without permission.
Retention
Inquiry records and attachments are retained only for as long as needed for follow-up, service operation and applicable obligations. Production retention periods must be configured and documented before launch.
Sharing and sale
We share information only with people or service providers who need it to operate the inquiry workflow, secure the service or provide an agreed business follow-up. WONJEAN does not sell personal data.
Security
Local development uses a private server directory. Production requires private object storage, access controls, encrypted transport, auditability, backups and malware scanning before launch.
International visitors
If production providers process information across borders, the applicable transfer safeguards and notices must be confirmed for the operating jurisdiction.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion by referencing the inquiry and contacting WONJEAN through the inquiry channel. We may need to verify the request before acting.
