That equipment and automation background is also reflected in WONJEAN’s manufacturing environment: circular knitting can be monitored during production, while AGVs and robotic handling connect finished rolls with weighing, internal movement and storage.

WONJEAN focuses on circular-knitted apparel fabrics for activewear, yoga wear, underwear, T-shirts, long sleeves, base layers and other close-to-skin applications. Development can work with polyester, nylon, elastane and other apparel yarn systems appropriate to the target construction, with the final composition and construction confirmed for each project.
FDY- and DTY-based yarn specifications can be evaluated for fabric development without treating a yarn code alone as confirmation of the final fabric composition.

When the existing catalogue does not contain an exact match, customers can provide a physical swatch, reference image, composition target, yarn specification, GSM, width, hand feel or final application. WONJEAN reviews the development direction against available circular-knitting conditions before confirming the next sampling and production steps.
